The Prime Brokerage Sales Team is looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented and passionate sales analyst or associate to support the team in pursuing new and/or incremental business opportunities with both existing and prospective Hedge Fund Managers on a global scale. The group’s responsibilities are primarily focused on the origination and cultivation of new client fund launches, in addition to ongoing relationship management for hundreds of our core strategic client partners in the Institutional space. In doing so, they work daily with all business lines and leaders across the PB / Equity businesses, in addition to our partners across broader ISG.
Responsibilities Include:
The candidate will support the sales team throughout the entire life cycle of a business opportunity by engaging directly with Hedge Fund Managers and collaborating across Morgan Stanley to deliver solutions to clients and ultimately drive revenues to Morgan Stanley.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
