Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to healthcare providers to validate information and follow up on outstanding contracts
- Send out provider contracts/applications and maintain accurate records of all outbound communication
- Track and update provider information in internal systems
- Support the contract lifecycle by completing forms, sending welcome packets, and coordinating internal workflows
- Prepare closed panel letters and documentation for providers not meeting criteria
- Format and distribute provider directories and other network resources
- Respond to inquiries from prospective providers regarding contracting processes
- 2 years of administrative experience in a professional setting
- Experience in the provider space (e.g., provider data, provider outreach, provider contracting)
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Must be able to work Pacific Time (PST) hours
