Job Title: HR Business Partner – Manufacturing

Overview:
Join a Fortune 200 company as an HR Business Partner supporting a 24/7 dairy manufacturing plant near Harrisburg, PA. You’ll be the on-site HR lead, driving business strategy, building strong employee relations, and partnering with plant leadership to foster a positive and productive environment. This position reports to an off-site HR Manager and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-touch environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership and a resource to front-line employees.

• Support talent acquisition for salaried roles with a focus on diversity and AAP goals.

• Promote employee engagement through floor presence and strong communication.

• Provide coaching to leaders on problem-solving and performance management.

• Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions in partnership with Employee Relations.

• Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, Labor Relations, and Legal as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Associate’s degree with 5 years HR experience may be considered).

• 3 years of HR Generalist/Business Partner experience in a manufacturing or plant setting.

• Strong working knowledge of Pennsylvania labor laws.

• Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence leaders, and drive organizational change.

• Experience with floor engagement/walk-throughs and high-visibility HR support.

Preferred:

• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP)

• Project management experience in HR
