Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and families, providing facility tours and addressing questions with warmth and professionalism
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, case managers, physicians, and community organizations
- Implement strategic sales and outreach initiatives to drive occupancy and increase census
- Organize and participate in community events, networking functions, and educational workshops to build awareness and engagement
- Manage the inquiry and follow-up process to ensure timely and effective communication with prospective residents and families
- Collaborate with the facility's leadership team to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
