Automotive Painter Role
The Automotive Painter is responsible for painting and preparing trucks to customer specifications at a high level of skill and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Painting and preparing trucks to meet customer specifications
- Operating various tools and equipment, including cup guns, pressure pots, and airless sprayers
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and work orders
- Maintaining tools and machines, as well as performing safety and quality checks
Requirements:
- Basic math skills and computer literacy
- Previous experience with paint tools and ability to understand measurement
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints for special applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or working on truck bodies
Work Environment:
- This role operates in a manufacturing plant environment, requiring frequent standing, walking, and use of hands and arms
- The team member may be required to sit, bend, stoop, squat, reach overhead, or crawl in confined spaces
