Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate multiple welding machines and equipment
- Inspect and test equipment to ensure quality standards
- Train junior welders on proper techniques and procedures

- Work closely with other team members to achieve production goals
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a welder
- Proficient in three or more of the following welding materials: mild steel, galvanneal, carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
