What are the responsibilities and job description for the Athletic Coordinator and Field Crew Member position at Morgantown Board of Parks & Recreation?
BOPARC field coordinators and crew work across the city park system preparing/grooming BOPARC athletic fields for league play, tournaments, and other private rentals. Machinery includes but not limited to lawnmowers, ATV’s and ventracs will be used when preparing fields. Applicants must be at least 15 years of age and are required to go through training if hired. Rate of pay dependent upon experience and certifications- Crew-$11.50-$12.50, Coordinators- $15-$16. Applications accepted until positions are filled.

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
