Job Purpose
Control daily management, operations and growth of Morgantown Rentals
Responsibilities
- Overseeing property maintenance and ensuring that all facilities are in good condition.
- Managing tenant relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collecting rent and other payments, and managing the financial aspects of the property
- Conducting regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants
- Coordinating with contractors and vendors for repairs and renovations.
- Preparing and managing budgets, financial reports, and operating expenses.
- Enforcing lease agreements and handling tenant evictions when necessary.
- Keeping accurate records of property transactions and maintenance requests.
- Staying updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Obtaining and evaluating pricing from various vendors and companies in order to identify cost-saving up to the company
Summary
The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills with knowledge in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel and have experienced navigating property management software. They should be able to take direction from executives and, while this is primarily a property management position, it will also require other assistant duties. Additionally, the candidate must have a reliable automobile.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
