Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties located in Hartland and Dousman. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of property management, and the ability to foster positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders. This role requires a proactive approach to property maintenance, tenant relations, and administrative tasks, ensuring that all properties are managed efficiently and effectively.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Implement upselling strategies to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of property activities using Appfolio management software.
- Oversee property maintenance requests and coordinate with maintenance staff for timely resolution.
- Handle customer relationship management through effective communication and phone etiquette with tenants.
- Perform data entry tasks related to tenant information, lease agreements, and financial records.
- Ensure compliance with Fairhousing laws.
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks is essential.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell services effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with tenants and vendors.
