Responsibilities
- Assist the Front of House Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support staff training and development to enhance service quality and team performance.
- Assist in managing budgets and inventory for front-of-house operations.
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of dining areas to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Help implement innovative ideas to improve guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bar Knowlegde a plus.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and inventory management is a plus.
