Well-established, 40-year-old custom builder, renowned for exceptional quality and unique craftsmanship, is seeking a Succession WORKING Director of Construction & Operations to take over the day-to-day construction field and business operations of this highly efficient, well-oiled machine . This role offers a rare opportunity to lead a legacy of excellence while ensuring continued growth and operational success with potential ownership opportunity down the road.
Premier builder specializing in custom / luxury projects in upscale locations such as Sarasota, Boca Grande, and surrounding areas . Their portfolio includes :
- Ground-Up Luxury Residences : $5M–$20M
- High-End Remodels / Renovations : $1M
- Historic Restoration Projects : Up to $20M
Seeking dynamic Construction Leader with a proven track record in the LOCAL luxury market coupled with exceptional operational expertise, field logistics (GC license preferred) to include running their own projects , and subcontractor qualifier. Responsible for sustaining current volume ($14Mil in revenue) and navigate and grow within an exclusive market. Candidate must be a "big picture "visionary, experience managing a team (currently 12), skilled in initial planning & design meetings with high-end clientele, and have a vast network of local Construction leaders. Looking for a sincere, levelheaded, confident personality with strong work stability and a team / family management style to preserve 20 year tenure with the company.
Compensation : $175-$200k Healthy Bonus...Potential ownership down the road
