Leading Heavy Highway Construction company looking for a Sign Foreman to join a team in sunny Jacksonville, Florida! This is a full-time, permanent position offering a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to play a key role in high-profile projects.
In this role, you will :
- Oversee a crew responsible for the safe and efficient installation of various signage, including ground mount, slip base, multi-post, and overhead signs
- Ensure top-notch quality while meeting project deadlines
- Prioritizing safety and a positive work environment

Qualifications :
- Experience in ground mount sign, slip base sign, multi-post ground mount sign, and overhead sign installation
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in the Heavy Highway Construction industry
- Experience in leadership and communication skills
- CDL Class A is a plus
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test
- Willingness to travel occasionally for out-of-town work
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including overtime and some weekends
