Sr. Estimator / Project Manager - Commercial

Sr. Estimator / Project Manager is responsible for estimating / takeoffs, proposals, bids, project budgets, negotiating subcontract agreements, procuring resources, managing project schedule, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget. Must have a strong experience in ground-up commercial construction and solid job stability. Ideal professional is independent, self-starter, deadline driven, detail-oriented and proactive in anticipating issues and deriving proactive solutions.; and be deadline driven, organized, attention to detail with high integrity and solid job stability.
Salary range : $150K-$200K Lucrative bonus (% of project profit)
