Overview

Location: Remote - Michigan residents

 

Are you good at communicating with people and have a knack for handling the details? Would you like to work a Monday-through-Friday schedule from the comfort of your home? This could be a great opportunity for you! 

 

As a remote Customer Service Case Analyst in Morley's reacquired vehicle management (RVM) group, you'll review cases to develop a timeline and reach out to dealerships to verify the concerns and complaints for the vehicle. You'll use this information to recommend whether the vehicle should be bought back or if other options would be more appropriate.

 

While a background in banking, auto dealerships or accounting is helpful, it isn't necessary in order to be a great case analyst. We'll train you on everything you need to know!

 

What You'll Do

  • Reach out to auto dealerships
  • Use the auto manufacturer's systems to develop a timeline and full summary of vehicle concerns and complaints
  • Create a case assessment
  • Provide a recommendation to the case analyst team on whether a vehicle should be bought back or if other options are more appropriate to address the customer's complaint

Skills for Success

  • Strong communication skills

  • Microsoft Office proficiency

Eligibility Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Three or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
  • Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation: Monday to Friday, primarily 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time, with a rotational shift until 8 p.m. or 10 p.m. a couple times per month (No weekends!)

Nice to Have

  • College degree in a relevant field
  • Prior experience working in banking, accounting or an automotive dealership

Remote Work Requirements 

  • Michigan resident 
  • High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
  • Cellular phone
  • Secluded and distraction-free work environment
