As an Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist at Morley, you'll:
- Actively fill high level/high profile positions for Fortune 500 client programs that Morley operates
- Personally facilitate the talent acquisition process (conducting/coordinating interviews, collaborating with operations and senior leadership, and making hiring decisions)
- Coach / mentor the talent acquisition team on process and best practices
*Role Details / Work Location
- Initial on-site training: You'll onboard and train at Morley's corporate headquarters campus in Saginaw, Michigan, for the first two months.
- Hybrid thereafter: Afterward, you'll gradually transition to a hybrid schedule, where you'll work from home up to four days a week, and work on site at least one day a week.
- Location: Our office is a friendly, casual environment in Saginaw Township, close to shopping and restaurants. You’ll have access to our free on-site workout facility and enjoy perks such as tickets to local events. There will be minimal business travel to regional job fairs and talent acquisition-based engagements.
What You'll Do
- Achieve staffing objectives by facilitating and coordinating the full-cycle talent acquisition process
- Use strong sourcing skills to identify diverse potential candidates for current and future opportunities
- Complete talent acquisition screening for roles and select exceptional talent
- Extend and negotiate employment offers to selected candidates
- Assist HR partners and talent acquisition coordinators with first-day procedures
- Stay current with HR talent acquisition legal topics, trends, technology and economic issues on a local and national basis
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with the talent acquisition team, HR partners, senior leadership and members of the community
- Identify, attend and facilitate job fairs and community/company events
- Ensure talent acquisition efforts comply with best practices, policies and laws
- Act as a point of contact to build lasting relationships during the selection process for both external candidates and internal associates
- Coach / mentor talent acquisition team on process and best practices
- Update talent acquisition documents and sources with current material, including intranet, applicant tracking system and network files
- Assist in selecting talent for all internal roles identified at Morley
- Conduct and execute new hire training of new talent acquisition team members
- Assist in high volume talent acquisition production as needed on business areas as assigned

Eligibility Requirements
- Experience:
- Five or more years of previous recruiting experience for both large and individual hiring processes and hard-to-fill positions
- Previous experience in a leadership role with proven mentorship and coaching skills
- Two or more years of experience with an applicant tracking system
- Experience filling management leadership or executive level positions
- Able to work at Morley in Saginaw, Michigan, when needed
(per Role Details / Work Location section above) - Able and flexible to serve a 24/7 work environment:
- Primarily days
- Includes early / late hours and weekends as needs require
- Comfortable with minimal business travel for regional job fairs and talent acquisition-based engagements (most work will be done on the main campus)
Nice to Have
- Experience with iCIMS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (extensive expertise/knowledge of specific industry and job-related experience considered in lieu of educational requirements)
