Morning Moose Coffee is a growing startup in Richmond, ME, dedicated to delivering an elevated customer service experience by serving handcrafted beverages that energize the lives of our customers. We’re excited to hire enthusiastic, reliable team members to join our expanding coffee shop, with immediate openings at our Richmond Trailer location.

Position Details
- Pay: $14.5 - $16 per hour tips
- Location: 467 Main St, Richmond, ME
- Schedule: Saturday 8AM-1PM, and Tuesday-Friday 7AM-10AM (10-14 hours/week)
What We’re Looking For
- An experienced barista to help with daily operations (experience preferred —must be a fast learner).
- Someone passionate about coffee, customer service, and contributing to the growth of a small business.
- A dependable and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and friendly environment for all customers.
- Prepare coffee beverages and mini-donuts by following specific recipes and techniques.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked workspace to ensure smooth operations.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
- Flexibility to travel and work at off-site events is preferred but not required.
- Be eager to learn and expand your knowledge of the coffee industry.
- Communicate effectively with both team members and management, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.
