**Job Title:** Float Nurse (LPN/RN) PT 3rd Shift
The primary purpose of the Float Nurse (LPN/RN) PT 3rd Shift is to provide high-quality nursing care and support services to residents under the supervision of the Regional Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Executive Director.
The Float Nurse must remain on-site during their shift and may be assigned other duties by the Regional Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Executive Director. They are responsible for managing the health care needs of residents, providing information to families and staff, and performing ongoing assessments of resident's physical and psychosocial needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience working with the elderly in a nursing home, assisted living, or residential setting. They must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to read, interpret, and write routine reports and correspondence.
