Key Responsibilities:
· Roasting coffee for our specific recipes.
· Monitor the roasting process to ensure consistency and quality.
· Coffee development.
· Inventory Mangement within the roasting department.
· Packaging coffee for café and wholesale.
· Cleaning and maintenance of roaster.
· Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
· Minimum one year of experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
· Must have reliable transportation and phone.
· Must be able to communicate in English- IF APPLICABLE.
· Maintain the confidentiality of all trade secrets, including recipes, policies, and procedures.
· Must be able to operate with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements
The employee must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. This position requires standing for extended periods, frequent walking, and the use of hands and fingers for handling and manipulating equipment and materials. The employee must also be able to reach with hands and arms, as well as communicate effectively through talking and listening. Additionally, the role may involve occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
