What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance / Custodian position at MORONGO BAND OF MISSION INDIANS INC?
Under the direction of the General Manager, perform the following tasks: clean the entire store, restrooms, slot area, and the outside restrooms; power washes the outside of the building, pump area and islands, the car wash and parking lots. Perform minor repairs to car wash, store and fuel pumps. Dispense propane and assist customers with R.V. dumping. Maintain maintenance logs daily.
- A minimum of one (1) year related experience.
- Training in gas station custodial duties is preferred.
- Ability to lift 50lbs and effectively communicate to customers, clients, and other employees is essential.
- Candidate needs to be dependable and available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
