- The BA in this role will serve as a business team lead on the Health Systems Protection Modernization (HSP) project. Client has several legacy systems related to permitting and inspections of regulated business. The legacy systems also include a financial accounting system used for invoices and payment tracking. Client is engaged in a project to modernize these legacy systems into their Salesforce environment.
- This position will be engaged in all phases of the new projects development lifecycle.
- These phases include requirements analysis test script and test plan development user acceptance testing and user training.
- This position will also be involved in reviewing and providing feedback on deliverables such as business / functional requirements and test plan.
- The BAs primary strengths should include the ability to understand business processes knowledge of the software development lifecycle requirements analysis test case preparation user acceptance testing and user training.
- Candidate should be experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective. Candidate should be able to write detailed descriptions of user needs program functions and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
- The BA will be required to liaison between business users and IT teams and must have experience with relaying business functional needs to technology teams.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Works under general supervision while reporting to project manager with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
