What are the responsibilities and job description for the SAP Successfactors Integration Consultant position at Morph Enterprise?
Education and Experience Requirements
• 5 years of SAP HCM experience and/or Successfactors Onboarding 2.0 experience.
• 5 Years of Successfactors Integration Center experience related to Onboarding 2.0 or SAP HCM..
• A strong understanding of Employee Central Mini-Master, Onboarding 2.0 portlets, Onboarding 2.0 HRIS Elements.
• Experience working with Successfactors APIs and integrating those using 3rd party integration systems like Informatica or SAP PO.
• Experience transferring Onboarding data to an external HRIS system (specifically SAP ECC) is a must have.
• Deep knowledge of Successfactors Onboarding processes.
• Experience using integrations to send documents from Successfactors to a document management system like OnBase.
• ServiceNow Experience in ITSM, Idea, Project, and Demand module.
• ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to communicate effectively with functional and technical team members.
• Successfactors and/or SAP HCM certifications is a plus.
• Experience working with SAP PO is a plus.
• Experience with ABAP development is a plus.
Salary : $75 - $80
