Vice President of Digital Transformation
Remote - NJ/NY area preferred
$275,000 - $300,000 Bonus / Share Scheme
The Vice President (VP) of Digital Transformation is responsible for managing a $70M P&L and growing it substantially by helping our clients embrace generative AI transformation opportunities. This leader will be responsible for building and selling new offerings that will drive transformative change for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute the digital transformation offering for servicing our clients
- Digital Transformation Roadmap: Define the roadmap for digital transformation across all aspects of the business, from internal operations and processes to customer-facing experiences and products/services.
- Upsell and Cross Sell: Responsible for selling into our existing customer base new offerings to drive business growth.
- New logos: Responsible for hunting new logos for the digital transformation initiatives, leveraging your decades old network
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation, IT leadership, or a related role, with at least 5 years in a senior management position.
- Proven experience in leading complex digital transformation projects within a large, diverse organization.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application to business strategy, operations, and customer experience.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans and successful outcomes.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
- Project Management: Experience with managing large, complex projects with cross-functional teams.
Leadership Skills:
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to work effectively with C-suite executives, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to inspire change, manage conflict, and influence stakeholders across the organization.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience with agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
- Knowledge of industry-specific digital transformation trends, challenges, and best practices.
- Experience in business process reengineering and automation.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud platforms.
- Experience working with FS clients and growing accounts in this sector
- Ability to 'get things done' without reliance of a huge team behind you
