The office is within walking distance to shopping, dining and special events with free parking and transportation from the CTA Blue Line. While we will continue to offer a flexible work schedule, we are only considering candidates who are enthusiastic about being in the office to collaborate with their colleagues 3 days per week.

As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking an Accounting Intern to join our dynamic team, with opportunity for long-term extension and full-time / permanent hire.
The Accounting Intern will work as part of the firm's operations team and will assist in ensuring operational excellence through consistent communication, collaboration, meeting deadlines, and maintaining processes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting invoicing, project accounting, AP / AR, processing of timesheets and working within our Enterprise Reporting Platform (ERP), Deltek Vantagepoint.
Job Responsibilities
Invoicing
- Support client invoicing process from start to finish to ensure accurate and timely billing
- Communicate with project teams and client billing contacts for invoice preparation and processing
- Pull invoice backup where needed
- Comply with local, state, and federal government requirements
Project Accounting Support
Accounts Payable (as needed)
Timesheets (backup, as needed)
Enterprise Reporting Platform (ERP) (support, as needed)
