Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a college degree in Business Management, Finance, or Sales, with 2-3 years of sales and/or finance experience in the automotive industry. Previous management experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability
- Conduct consultative interviews to determine customer financing needs and payment options
- Present transparent pricing menus to customers detailing products and finance options
- Ensure finance transactions comply with state and federal laws and regulations
- Establish and exceed targeted product sales goals
- Develop an in-depth understanding of available products to build value and advocate for customers
- Maintain high customer service standards by resolving issues and answering questions thoroughly
