Duties
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring and onboarding processes.
- Assist in payroll processing and maintain employee records.
- Collaborate with management on organization design initiatives to optimize workforce efficiency.
- Support training development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Facilitate change management processes by communicating updates and providing support to employees during transitions.
- Maintain employee files and documentation in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and responding to employee inquiries.
Skills
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient candidate management.
- Strong understanding of employment labor laws and regulations.
- systems such as ADP is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to facilitate training development initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Knowledge of change management principles to support organizational transitions effectively.
