This role manages a high-volume workload in a deadline-driven environment and requires gaining strong knowledge of carrier websites and eligibility systems.
How You will be Compensated:
- $21-$27/hr Depending on Experience

- Handle service requests by navigating carrier websites and third-party enrollment systems to process inquiries, changes, and cancellations.
- Process daily enrollments, terminations, and changes efficiently to support employees, carriers, and the agency.
- Review printed and electronic materials for accuracy and completeness.
- Supports department projects as needed.
- Learn and use internal systems to manage all work, including communications and documentation.
