- DESCRIPTION OF POSITIONThe Assistant Vice President of Professional Services will assist with coordinating the organization's financial, strategic and operational concerns. They are responsible and accountable for managing the economic and day-to-day operations of designated departments as well as supporting the executive team in driving the initiatives consistent with the strategic plan for Morris Hospital.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration required
- At least five years of leadership experience required, with ever increasing responsibilities preferred
- Effective leadership skills required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
- Ability to analyze and evaluate budgets and financial models
- Ability to create and present ideas and budgets in a variety of formats
- Ability to maintain confidential records
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as needed to create and analyze budgets
