Job Description :
The In-Office Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for ensuring that the pharmacy remains compliant with all state and federal regulations, assisting with licensing applications, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting the administrative team in regulatory matters. This role is ideal for a highly organized pharmacy technician who enjoys behind-the-scenes work related to compliance and operations.
Responsibilities :
Assist in preparing, submitting, and tracking pharmacy licensing and accreditation applications.
Maintain compliance-related documentation, including policy updates and regulatory requirements.
Monitor regulatory changes and assist with implementing necessary adjustments.
Support audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.
Work closely with management to ensure all compliance deadlines are met.
Communicate with regulatory agencies as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks related to pharmacy compliance and operations.
Qualifications :
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred but not required.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a pharmacy technician (retail, hospital, or administrative setting).
Strong understanding of pharmacy laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with pharmacy licensing and accreditation processes is a plus.
