- Submit pertinent title and loan documents into software programs to record transactions and track applicant’s progress
- Ensure all closing instructions are followed as per the closing package, and coordinate with loan officer, mortgage loan processor, and underwriter to be sure all underwriting commitments have been satisfied
- Review and process files by clearing title issues, ordering searches, payoffs and estoppels.
- Typing commitment and policies
- Communicating with clients daily via phone and e-mail
- Clearing Pre and post-closing items. Qualifications :
- Outstanding communications, customer service, research, and analysis skills are preferred
- A friendly and positive attitude
- Must be eager to learn and go the extra mile
- Present themselves in a professional manner and attire
- Proficient in Computer Skills and Typing.
- Multitask under time restraints Compensation : $18 hourly
