Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Portfolio Management
- Support and manage project portfolios, tracking progress and reporting key milestones.
- Assess and recommend technology investments, including HR tech and process automation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project execution and improve efficiency.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Utilize Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other functions) for data analysis.
- Identify trends and generate insights to enhance decision-making processes.
- Stakeholder Communication & Leadership Support
- Prepare and deliver project updates, proposals, and data-driven insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure alignment among stakeholders on key initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2-3 years in project coordination, project management, or a related role.
- Project Portfolio Management: Ability to track and optimize multiple project investments.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).
- Communication Skills: Ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner.
- Certifications: PMP certification is a plus but not required.
