Community Adult Case Manager
Brewer, ME | Full-Time | Starting at $26.00/hour Bonuses
Are you a dedicated and compassionate professional who’s passionate about empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities? Morrison Center is expanding and currently seeking experienced, enthusiastic Community Adult Case Managers to join our growing team in Brewer, Maine.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work one-on-one with adults in a community setting, helping them achieve greater independence, stability, and quality of life through meaningful, person-centered planning.
️ What You’ll Do:- Develop and implement individualized support plans using a person-centered approach
- Analyze services and support strategies to ensure they meet the client’s unique needs and goals
- Guide and advocate for clients as they navigate community resources, supports, and opportunities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with DHHS regulations
- Serve as a trusted liaison between clients, families, and community partners
- Represent Morrison Center with professionalism and compassion in all settings
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, Counseling, Nursing, Special Education, or a related field
- Applicants with degrees in unrelated fields must have at least 1 year of full-time, paid experience in human services
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (DSP, BHP, etc.)
- Strong organizational, writing, and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multitasking and problem-solving responsibilities
- Previous experience in adult case management is preferred but not required
- Starting at $26.00/hour, based on experience
