Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Providing excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and communicating effectively.
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification required.
- 1 year of experience working in a warehouse, previous experience working with a freight forwarder preferred.
- Experience working with a WMS, RF scanner, and basic computer.
