We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Morrison Home Health Care. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with meal preparation and nutritional needs.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Assist with mobility and physical exercises to enhance client well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document client progress and report any changes in condition to healthcare staff.
Requirements
- Previous experience in personal care or home health preferred.
- Strong understanding of senior care principles and practices.
- Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Knowledge of resident rights and advocacy is a plus.
