Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Support clients in mobility and physical activities as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records as required.
Qualifications
- Experience or training in personal care assistance or related fields, particularly with geriatric populations.
