We currently have 6 offices across Georgia.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a paralegal at Morrison & Hughes. The position is located in Fayetteville, GA, although some training will occur in Marietta, GA.
The paralegal will be responsible for client intake and criminal law support for attorney Kait Hayden. The paralegal will also support the personal injury team both with litigation and pre-litigation tasks.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
- Experience with trial preparation and e-filing systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft's suite of programs. OneNote Experience is a plus.
- Legal Document Preparation and Document Review skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment
- Basic knowledge of personal injury or criminal law
- This is not a remote position
Salary : $40,000 - $55,000
