Customer Service Representative
Mor-Value Parts is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at 653 36th St. S.E., Grand Rapids, MI 49548. MVP is a leading wholesaler of parts for industrial floor care equipment. As part of our customer service team, you will handle virtually any kind of customer requests from basic price quotes on parts to in-depth parts lookups and everything in between! We pride ourselves in our fast and friendly service and anyone joining us must be able to uphold that reputation! In recent years we have expanded our offering and taken on new markets. We are looking for someone to help us handle our growing demand and provide the kind of service that keeps our customers coming back!
Compensation starts at $18/hour.
MVP has a strict drug-free policy and any position with the company would require a pre-employment drug screen, as well as a physical exam, and a background check.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Parts department experience very helpful, but not required
- Basic mechanical comprehension is a must
- Positive, Customer Focused Attitude
- At least one year of Customer Service experience required
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks to completion
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer skills, intermediate level, including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
