John Morrissey Accountants, Inc., an accounting firm with offices in Rockford and Belvidere Illinois, is seeking an high quality individual to join our Belvidere team.

Job Requirements
- Answer incoming phone calls, determiners purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel.
- Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions and other information.
- Welcomes on-site visitors and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Schedules tax appointments
- Reviews tax returns for completeness and accuracy.
- Collate returns
- Indexes financial information into spreadsheets of various computer software programs.
- Complies and indexes information for personal and corporate tax returns.
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Clear communication skills
- Problem solving ability
- Experience with MS Office (Word & Excel at a minimum)
