Job Summary
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for clients at our business. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure their satisfaction with purchasing an appliance or scheduling service.
Duties
- Greet shoppers upon arrival and assist with appliance or parts questions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Provide information about appliances as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages
-Use web based app called Jobber to schedule and invoice clients
- Use spreadsheets to track inventory and parts
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
