Morrow & Associates is recruiting a Director of Corporate Real Estate for a well-established, highly stable, privately held firm with a 75-year history of success in the logistics industry. This is a newly created position due to continued success and growth of the real estate division.
Position based in South Carolina. Relocation assistance provided.
The role will be responsible for directing the activities of the real estate department which includes all real estate acquisitions, development activities, asset management initiatives, and real estate construction and maintenance projects.
An ideal candidate:
- Has 8-10 years of progressive real estate management, development and/or construction experience
- Is adept with budgeting, forecasting and pro forma financial statements
- Has team management experience with direct reports
- Is dynamic, well-rounded, and high-performing
- Has strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Has solid business acumen with strong organizational and planning skills
- Thinks strategically, is driven, curious, humble and a team player
