We are seeking a Proposal Specialist to lead the creation, coordination, and submission of high-quality proposals for our national security research and development projects. In this exciting role, you will play a critical part in capturing new business opportunities and growing our portfolio of defense R&D contracts. Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective proposal strategies and content to capture new business opportunities
- Implement gated proposal management process to manage and coordinate proposal schedules, timelines, and assignments to ensure on-time delivery of highest quality proposals
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineering, graphics, contracts, and cost to create compelling and compliant proposal content
- Author, review, and edit proposal documents, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all submissions
- Ensure all proposals adhere to client requirements and meet strict formatting guidelines
- Coordinate internal reviews and approval processes, securing stakeholder buy-in before submission
- Track and analyze proposal metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement
