Job Requirements
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent to lead our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex construction projects, excellent leadership skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the utilization of Mortenson tools and equipment
- Develop a site logistics plan
- Coach, supervise, and develop Assistant Superintendents, General Foremen, and Foremen
Qualifications:
- Eight years of construction experience with two years of supervisory experience
- Proven ability to fulfill all responsibilities for multiple, complex projects
- Microsoft Office skills at an intermediate level
