Associate Supply Chain Analyst

Summary 

Mortenson is currently seeking an Associate Supply Chain Analyst that will provide Responsible for working with (Senior) Equipment Analyst and other (Senior) Managers to support Equipment Management operational activities. Responsible for providing high level of internal and external customer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed summaries and reports as directed.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative, team-based environment
• Displays developing analytical and problem-solving skills
• Assist with assigned business challenges and contribute in the effort to provide process improvements and analyze the necessary data to drive improved business performance
• Provide support to consume and consolidate large amounts of data into centralized, sustainable, and repeatable measurements
• Partner with other Equipment Specialists and Analyst to provide corrective action to program data when necessary
• Learning and gaining knowledge of Equipment Operations processes to support their business initiatives when working cross-functionally
• Partner with ITS and Equipment Subject Matter Experts to support Oracle daily production activities and new system functionality
• Maintain existing configurations and setups within our Rental Result, Rental Result Reporting module and Oracle Equipment Integration module
• Support end-users in answering questions and providing system resolutions
• Support opportunities to continuously improve our end-user experience across our equipment operations processes
• Collaborate with business teams to define and implement operations requirements
• Support and perform system End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing
• Develop and maintain system procedures, process training, and process mapping across Equipment and Equipment Finance business processes
• Provide cross functional support as needed
• Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
• All other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• Intermediate ability in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, Power Point, Power BI, Visio) and the ability to navigate and learn computer systems and software applications
• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to multi-task, keep organized and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment

• Limited knowledge and experience with writing SQL
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Analytics or related field preferred; or high school diploma or GED and 4 years of equivalent experience

The base pay range for this role is $60,300 - $81,400. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
