What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpenter - Wind Equipment Facility position at Mortenson?
Location : 103 Enterprise Drive, Northwood, IA 50459
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE(S) OF POSITION
Responsible for the construction and repair of wood and wallboard fixtures in compliance with local building codes and general construction principals.

KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
A. Build out enclosed trailers & shipping containers (involves creating a materials and supplies for others to order). Will require Finish Carpentry (doors, frames, hardware, millwork and cabinetry).
B. Organize, unpack, inventory and stage small tooling in containers and trailers
C. Equipment - Misc equipment operating after equipment operator training (forklift, skidsteers, interior forklift, etc.)
D. Outside and inside positions available
E. Inventory of Mortenson owned assets (large and small)
F. All other duties as assigned
