Job Description:
As a Senior MEP Project Manager, you will provide overall direction and leadership on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) dominant projects or for MEP scopes of work on medium to large projects. You will be responsible for managing project quality, timeliness, safety, and mentoring the project team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project financial projections and equipment projections.
- Determine and allocate project estimates into the financial system.
- Approve invoices and make necessary budget management decisions.
Leadership Roles:
- Assign jobs and manage career development for Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
- Approve timecards for on-site team members.
- Provide ongoing feedback on work performance.
Customer Relationships:
- Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service.
- Function as the main point of contact with the owner and on-site representative.
