Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our MEP projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of MEP projects, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
- Manage and maintain project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and quality control strategies, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to build strong relationships and achieve project goals.
- Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or equivalent field experience.
- Minimum five years of construction management experience, preferably with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Affinity for continuous learning, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and adapting to new technologies and methods.
