What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager position at Spring Hill Suites?
- Ensuring that each department delivers a consistently high standard of guest service.
- Planning and directing the hotel main operations including quality, standards, cleanliness, guest satisfaction.
- Promoting a culture of excellence in guest care through a warm welcome and a desire to exceed expectations.
- Working alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
- Overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations, such as managing staff, monitoring budgets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the facility.
- Maintaining a working knowledge of the property, special events on and near property, in order to advise guests and employees of same, and assists whenever possible.
- Developing SOP's and maintaining a thorough and complete knowledge of all departmental and company procedures and assists in the administration of the hotel operations.
- Assisting the General Manager with daily tasks.
- Overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring all departments are running efficiantly.
- Helping in the hiring and training process as needed.
- Coaching staff when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
