Job Role:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and referring skilled professionals to various operating groups within the company. This includes developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, building relationships with external vendors and agencies, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Main Tasks:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans to attract top talent
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies to support recruiting efforts
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans and establish employment offers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding employment practices
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years' experience in recruiting or HR, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other commonly used software applications
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
