LOAN OFFICER ASSISTANT...Large Banker/Broker in Costa mesa

One of the best and most stable Residential mortgage Banker/Brokers in Southern California needs an experienced Loan Officer ASSISTANT to work with several of our very experienced LO's for loans in a variety of states. If you have experience as a Processor or LOA and know Encompass and can interface with dozens of major Wholesale, Correspondent and Non QM platforms, plus want to work in a beautiful, relaxed environment at our Corporate HQ near the John Wayne airport, this might be a great long term position for you!! Earn $25/Hour or more based on experience plus $250 per closed loan . (after 90 days, you can increase the per file funded comp to up to 15 basis points of the loan amount based on work requirements/ borrower interaction/complexity and Mutual agreement with the loan officer). THIS IS an IN OFFICE required position and NOT REMOTE. Must have knowledge of all types of residential mortgages and 2nds/Helocs and be able to handle the pace of TODAY's Purchase market.
