Role Overview
A Mortgage Solutions Financial TPO Account Executive (AE) is responsible for leading residual and sustainable third-party originated business from correspondent mortgage sellers and independent mortgage brokers to Mortgage Solutions Financial. This role requires the ability to prospect, qualify and lead TPO account relationships. A qualified AE has a minimum of 3 years of experience working in the Wholesale or Correspondent lending industry.

Essential Duties: In addition to related job duties as assigned, this position will:
- Identifies and develops new account relationships based on brand attributes and market targets
- Facilitates instruction of online broker applications and operational procedures.
- Trains accounts to be self-sufficient utilizing company web-portals.
- Maintains contact database and account profile through Company CRM.
- Sends weekly correspondence on programs and procedures to account base.
- Participates with marketing committee to drive value to our customers.
- Maintains pipeline reports for customer base.
- Monitors expiring rate locks for customer base.
- Monitors score card reports for assigned account base.
- Acts as a liaison between assigned account base and MSF operations to get loans closed.
- Holds a regular pipeline call with processing partners
- Travel occasionally required
Salary : $36,000 - $60,000
