Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first line of response for helpdesk inquiries, efficiently troubleshooting computer issues and resolving problems with the Encompass Loan Origination System.
- Engage in IT-related projects, providing valuable assistance to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage the logistics of shipping computers and IT equipment, along with maintaining precise inventory control.
- Administer email security systems and Windows servers, focusing on system integrity and operational excellence.
- Handle user administration and support for Office 365 applications, ensuring a smooth and secure user experience.
- Hands-on experience building or troubleshooting computers.
- Experience with modding or setting up servers, which reflects a strong aptitude for technical problem-solving.
- Familiarity with any Adobe Suite software or any advanced computer program, indicating the ability to grasp complex software applications.
- Experience with Windows server environments is a plus.
- Genuine enthusiasm for IT and a desire to continuously learn and face new challenges.
